CHARLOTTE BELL



Charlotte Bell, originally from Guildford, graduated in 1991 with a Management degree from Cardiff University. Charlotte worked within the hospitality sector for the initial 3 years of her career and then her recruitment career began with an extremely well known national commercial agency in 1994.

In 1996, Charlotte relocated to Birmingham and shortly after began working for a Midlands agency which handled a wide range of assignments within a broad range of disciplines. Charlotte then went on to set up Bell Cornwall Associates in partnership with Jeremy Cornwall.

JEREMY CORNWALL



Jeremy Cornwall was born and educated in the Midlands before attending Sheffield University where he graduated with honours in BSc Physics and Business Studies. Immediately after university Jeremy was taken onto the graduate program for one of the countries largest and most well known breweries.

In 1998 he took the decision to start a career in recruitment – joining one of the leading office support consultancies in the Midlands. After only 2 years he moved into a leadership role and formed a specialist team recruiting specifically for support roles within law firms across the Midlands. Jeremy then went on to set up Bell Cornwall Associates in partnership with Charlotte Bell with whom he had worked for over 9 years.
