INITIAL VISIT

CANDIDATE SCREENING AND SELECTION
Conducting in-depth interviews and implementing a thorough screening process, we assess candidates from both a personality and skills point of view, selecting those that match the client’s criteria.
PERSONAL CONSULTANT SELECTION
Experienced consultants discuss the role in detail with each of the selected candidates, assessing them on areas such as personality, experience, aspirations, overall suitability and cultural fit.
SHORTLIST AND REFERRAL
Having established a shortlist of those that match the criteria, would benefit the organisation and have demonstrated a genuine interest in the role, BCR liaises with the client, discussing each candidate’s interview performance, skill testing and references. Clients can then make an informed choice after being suitably informed. BCR respects the client’s final decision.
