INITIAL JOB BRIEF
Your temporary assignment will be discussed over the phone or during a visit to your place of business. Candidates will then be selected by BCR, based on their technical skills, qualifications, competencies and personal presentation.
IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE
We respond to our clients within 15 to 30 minutes of the initial call, selecting only the most suitable candidates. No compromises. If we can’t help, we will say so and hope to put you in touch with someone who can.
SCREENING AND INTERVIEWS
Our temporary candidates are initially screened over the telephone, ascertaining their skill level and communicative ability. Those that meet our criteria are invited into the office to be interviewed and engage in a series of skill and competency assessments.
MONITORING
To ensure our candidate is meeting your expectations, we follow-up with the client on the first day of the assignment and subsequent weekly calls with both parties will follow.
15-30 MINUTE RESPONSE TIME
A specialised recruitment database facilitates our 15-30 minute response time, equipping our consultants with the ability to source suitable candidates within the stipulated time frame.
REFERENCE CHECKING
We are dedicated to providing accurate reference checks, achieved through in-depth procedures that objectively verify the overall ability of a candidate. Specifically, their reliability, punctuality and ability to adapt and communicate well with others.
BRIEFING
Clients are advised of the suitability of each candidate, considering their technical skills and relevant work experience. In addition, personal consultants fully brief candidates on responsibilities, client expectations and required skill level.
QUALITY CONTROL
To monitor the performance of our temporary candidates, clients are sent an appraisal form following each assignment. This allows us to keep a record of their performance levels and highlight their strengths and areas for improvement.
