My Job:As Consultant I am responsible for advertising all vacancies and then conducting in depth interviews with prospective applicants in order to make sure that we find them a role that they will love and that will make them happy!
Why I Love Work: Sharing your candidate's excitement when you get to give them good news. When you've built a good relationship with a candidate and get to tell them they've landed their dream job with a great company it's a real buzz.
I Love: grungy rock gigs, mint choc martinis, cheese on everything.
I Don't Love: Early starts, having cold feet, not being able to eat pizza.
