My Job: As a consultant I am responsible for interviewing (thoroughly) all prospective applicants - Really getting to know them so we can help them to Love Work and Be Happy.
Why I Love Work: I have always been a people-person, and get great satisfaction in helping others; after completing my Degree in HR it became apparent that recruitment was the route I wished to follow, Developing a career in recruitment really gives me the chance to make a difference by creating and nurturing existing relationships with clients and helping them grow their businesses. Acting as an aid to provide a positive impact on our candidates careers is a function of HR that I have always strived to get directly involved with. Recruitment ensures that no day is ever the same in a consultants world!
