You will have gained experience within a high end hotel (front of house), Senior cabin crew or within a head office in a professional services environment.

As a welcome host you will be involved in the day to day running of main reception and also ensuring client hosting suites are presented and managed to specification as well as providing basic IT and Audio Visual support to guests/clients.

You will be using a mainstream booking system to manage over 150 rooms and one direct report.
