BCR 1339 AM- Marketing Email Executive

Do you have a strong understanding and ability to hand-code and troubleshoot HTML, CSS or XSL? Have you had previous experience working with major brands with the creation and sending of targeted email campaigns?

You will be expected to deliver the following;

- Regional email programmes

- Support the marketing team to maintain an aggressive marketing calendar.

- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency in email campaigns.

- Keeping up to date with marketing strategies and testing the effectiveness of email strategies.

- Maintain awareness through other methods of integration, i.e. Mobile, SMS, social.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Business, E-Commerce and marketing, or relevant experience in a similar role. It will be advantageous to have experience in StrongMail and Omniture platforms. You must have a strong understanding in the direct marketing and database marketing and a knowledge in CAN-SPAM compliance and other int’l email related regulations.

BCR 1109 AM- Litigation Executive

This is a unique opportunity to work for a large corporate organisation, reporting into their in-house solicitor and working on litigation cases. You will have legal training and have experience of debt recovery and commercial litigation.

Our client is seeking a confident character to manage own case loads, diarise key dates and court orders as well as handling relevant telephone enquires. You will have a legal qualification and be interested in an in-house legal career ( this will not pose the opportunity for a training contract) The ideal candidate will have:

• An organised, methodical approach with attention to detail
• At least 12months relevant legal experience
• Excellent communication and Listening skills
• Work well within a team as well as working solely using initiative
• The ability to prioritise, be organised and work well under pressure
• The ability to adapt to change if new practises are introduced
• Good Level of IT skills
