Customer Services & Administration Support – BCR 1330 GK
Opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic candidate with proven experience within administration and customer services to join a warm and upbeat team on a fixed term contract basis.
Our client are a successful organisation within the telecommunications industry who currently have an incredibly busy customer service team who pride themselves on providing the best quality service to both SMEs and major national clients. They are now looking to create a new role within the customer services team which will entail providing an administrative support function to the customer service agents, and also acting as an additional resource for the team during particularly busy periods.
This is therefore envisaged to be a very varied position which will enable a keen and highly motivated candidate to be able to get involved in a broad range of activities. On a daily basis this may entail updating internal databases, producing client invoices, fielding client queries via telephone or email, manual filing and archiving, producing client and company activity reports, and any other administrative tasks as required.
The job will ideally suit candidates who have had exposure to a varied customer service and administration based role, as this will enable you to provide fantastic support to the team across all areas from day one. If this experience has been gained within a telecommunications or similar technical services industry then this would be of a real benefit.
Initially our client is looking to recruit this role on a 6 to 12 month contract basis, however for a candidate who is able to go in and really prove their value within this role then there is real scope to be able to make this a more permanent opportunity. We are looking to recruit a candidate to begin with the company in the first two weeks of June, so applicants must be available either for an immediate start or with a minimal notice period.
Our client is based in the North Birmingham area, so is most easily accessible from locations such as Sutton Coldfield and Walsall.
