An exciting opportunity to join our corporate client at their head offices in the Coventry/Warwick areas has arisen. The role being purely front of house/reception will require a candidate who is able to develop on existing or previous five star quality customer service experiences.

Being part of a highly professional environment the Welcome Team pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service to their clients. With the Welcome Team being very much a first point of contact for internal and external clients the service quality must be of the highest quality to ensure that by providing a warm and professional welcome they leave the building with a lasting impression.

The ideal candidate will be able to draw upon experience from a five star hospitality or professional services environment as they will be based at their brand new custom built head offices in Warwick. Moreover flexibility is integral so candidates must have their own transport and be able to commit to a regional role as they would be required to provide support at two other sites within the Coventry/Warwick area and on occasion very rare cover at their office in Bristol.

In return for this all travel expenses to sites (other than main place of work – Warwick) will be provided.
