Our Worcester based client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Business Manager. This role would be ideal for an Account Executive or a New Business Executive who is currently working within a creative Agency, and looking for a role that will offer more scope for development.

You must have outstanding networking skills, as a key part of the role will be to build and develop relationships with prospective clients. Our client is seeking an individual who can work with both traditional and modern methods of business development, including social media. Thus meaning you will need to have excellent MS suite skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a new business, learning from an expert in the field. It is important you have an agency background, as to bring with you relevant experience e.g. print costs and production timescales. You will be selling marketing and creative solutions so could be discussing material such as brochures and websites.

Most of all, you will enjoy working to targets and will earn commission on gross profit generated, this is an exciting role which could be extremely rewarding for the right person!
