Bell Cornwall Recruitment welcomes Senior Consultant

Bell Cornwall Recruitment has appointed Birmingham-born Katie Hale as a Senior Consultant in their growing Birmingham branch

The firm was set up in 2007 by experienced partners Charlotte Bell and Jeremy Cornwall and now offers services to clients and candidates throughout the West Midlands.

Charlotte and Jeremy first worked with Katie in 1999, where she began her career in the recruitment industry.  Following this, Katie has worked for various agencies and specialised in recruitment across various sectors including office support, IT, marketing, public relations, graphic design and digital recruitment. Katie landed her big break as board director at AF Selection aged just 29 and went on to re-brand the company, taking its turnover to record figures.

Katie, who secured the new role at Bell Cornwall Recruitment this month, said: "I’m over the moon that I got the job, as this is a position that I’ve always aspired to and I’m going to be working with a great team of people at Bell Cornwall Recruitment."

"When I first began my career in recruitment 12 years ago I was working with Charlotte and Jeremy, so now I’m getting to work alongside them as old friends as well as colleagues. It’s fantastic being at Bell Cornwall Recruitment; I feel like my career has come full circle and I’m right where I want to be.

"I hope I can do Bell Cornwall Recruitment justice by bringing further success to the Birmingham office in the not too distant future.
