Are you currently a 3^rd Line Support Engineer and would like to move into a Support Management role?

You will have a good technical understanding of VM Ware, Hyper-V and Network Issues but overall enjoy managing a team of support staff in ensuring that clients are receiving a quality service.

You will be overseeing an internal team of IT Support staff and reviewing their statistics on calls as well as dealing with escalated customer issues, so you will still need to draw upon your technical ability. Over all you will have good working knowledge of Firewalls and ideally have the relevant Microsoft Certifications.
