Charlotte Bell leaves Bell Cornwall Recruitment
Jeremy Cornwall has bought Charlotte’s 50% shareholding and becomes the sole owner and director of Bell Cornwall Recruitment.
Jeremy said “It is with mixed emotions that I announce that Charlotte Bell has decided that the time is right for her to bring to an end her 25-year career in recruitment. Whilst the team and I are obviously saddened by Charlotte’s departure we are also immensely thankful to her for the years of dedication and hard work which have helped make BCR what it is today and we all wish Charlotte well in whatever she chooses to do in the future. However, I know that the team are also excited to help us continue to build on the successes of the last 13 years.”
Charlotte Bell and Jeremy Cornwall first started working together in May 1997 and nearly 10 years later, in January 2007, they founded Bell Cornwall Recruitment. Since then BCR has grown to become one of Birmingham’s most respected recruitment consultancies, recruiting for a wide variety of office support roles for companies big and small across the Midlands and beyond.

After 23 years working together Charlotte and Jeremy remain firm friends and are looking forward to celebrating properly once the COVID situation allows it.
