Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 plus bonus

We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager for a rapidly growing business based in Redditch, £18,000 – £22,000 plus bonus.

We are looking for someone that can convert warm leads into customers manage the accounts from start to finish. We are looking for someone that is able to meet deadlines, and has excellent time keeping and organisational skills.

The role:

Calling customers and making new sales through telephone calls and emails

• Building good relationships with customers and retaining customers database
• Gaining resource information from clients in order to produce the product
• Reporting back to clients promptly with issues

The candidate:

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

• Good organisational skills and good eye for detail
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Sales/ customer services background experience is preferable
• Knowledge of print and design would be advantageous
