Role: Account Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 9.00 – 5.30pm
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for an Account Manager based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre and looking for candidates that are available immediately for work.
- Maintain regular contact with our clients accounts via email and telephone communication
- Welcoming and on boarding new customers
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Analysing customer bills
- Answer all queries for clients
- Administration support
- A minimum of 2 years experience of working in Account/ Customer Service roles
- Juggle and prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Passionate about delivering strong customer service skills
