Role Overview:
As a Client Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of search mandates. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring roles are completed on time and with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take client briefs directly from clients.
• Collaborate with Researchers to define search strategies.
• Create candidate briefs and profiles.
• Own client relationships and maintain regular contact.
• Network and source candidates through senior industry contacts.
• Conduct competency-based interviews with pre-screened candidates.
• Present shortlists to clients.
• Manage candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain continuity of contact during on-boarding.
• Conduct research and headhunting when needed.
• Identify commercial opportunities within the market.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
• Support colleagues and share workload willingly.
