BellCornwall Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a Business Membership Organisation in its search for a talented and charismatic Client Manager.
While the role is based in Lichfield there is only one day a week required in the office, so a great opportunity for someone looking for a greater work-life balance.
Client Manager Responsibility:
- Providing excellent customer care to each client
- Organising events and training/education courses for clients
- Process new memberships and renewals for clients
- Providing general administrative duties to support clients
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High-level communication skills – able to handle conversations at various management levels
- Strong experience in managing clients previously
- Understanding of full Microsoft suit – with a specific understanding of Word and Excel
- Well-organised and able to work to specific deadlines
