Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller for a fun, dynamic and modern company in Birmingham. This opportunity would suit an experienced credit controller who is looking to grow their career.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing a team of Credit Controllers
- Reviewing, analysing and improving all processes and queries.
- Communicating with other departments to resolve any issues and chase held up payments.
- Identifying areas of high risk and reporting this.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure all payments are made in a timely manner.
The suitable candidate must:
- Be confident when it comes to decision making
- Have previous experience as a Credit Controller or Senior would be beneficial when it comes to completing the general Credit Control duties
- Strong Managerial and Motivational skills
