Job Title: Divorce and Financial Settlement Paralegal
Salary: £20,000 to £30,000
Location: Birmingham City Centre – Hybrid working is available.
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Divorce and Financial Settlement Paralegal. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a thriving National Law Firm and work alongside one of the most successful divorce lawyers in the country. To be considered you must have knowledge of Divorce Law and some academic knowledge in Law would be required.
Candidates Criteria :
- Experience in Family / Divorce Law
- Well spoken, well presented and intelligent
- Knowledge of technology and/or software’s. All bundles are compiled electronically and would need to be annotated and referenced
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a paralegal role would be beneficial
- The ability to meet deadlines and have flexibility to help and support the team
- Attention to detail is key as ensuring all documents and procedures are completed correctly and in a timely manner
