Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join a well established Law Firm based in Birmingham City Centre.
This is a 12 month FTC
- Assist with the effective delivery of the workplace services
- Be a presence across the office and well known as the go-to person for all workplace and facilities related items and issues
- Scanning documents
- Assisting with meeting room changes and general porterage
- Assist with maintenance and repairs to office furniture, fittings and services where required
- Ensuring Health & Safety around the office – adhering to all set protocols, policies and procedures
- Ideally experience of working in a Facilities department or Workplace Management team within a similar professional services environment
- Excellent Customer service skills
- An understanding of Health and Safety in the work place
- Good IT skills including MS Office
