The successful candidate will be covering 4 offices across the local Birmingham area and will ideally have knowledge of office moves/refits!
Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing all reactive and pre-planned maintenance for all sites
- Running all health and safety checks
- Managing reception and facilities team
- Managing all external suppliers and negotiating contracts with them
- Planning office refit and potential moves
Ideal candidate profile:
- Demonstrable experience working in a facilities role within the professional services
- IOSH/NEBOSH trained
- Strong negotiator and able to assert the facility needs effectively
- Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
