Facilities Operations Manager

Birmingham (& London)

£50,000 – £55,000

If you’re an experienced Facilities Operations Manager who has worked in Professional Services – this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The role:

  • Running the facilities management in a Law firm in Birmingham
  • Ownership of the day-to-day operational aspects of the FM/Workspace service provision provided by a mix of outsourced partners and in house teams
  • Management of contracts including budget planning, forecasting and tracking
  • The first point of contact and fix for any issues as they arise. Being solution focused and only escalate where appropriate on performance, contractual or financial issues within a timely manor

The ideal candidate:

  • BIFM 5 or above or equivalent – substantial FM Operational experience may be considered without the qualification
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Extensive facilities management experience 5+ years
  • Demonstrable experience in managing an outsourced TFM service provider client side 5+ years
  • Strong experience working in a Professional Services environment
