An established law firm is seeking a highly organised Family Paralegal to join its team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in private family law to join a friendly, close-knit team.
Family Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors with a range of private family law matters.
- Drafting letters of engagement and legal correspondence.
- Preparing court bundles and supporting with court documentation.
- Liaising with clients and providing updates on their cases.
- Supporting solicitors with the day to day responsibilities.
- Provide ad hoc support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Private Family Law experience is essential.
- Experience with legal documentation and client liaison.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work well within a small team.
