Bell Cornwall Recruitment is excited to be assisting a well-established local Law Firm in its search for a Fee Earner. Ideally, this Fee Earner will have Wills and Probate experience, but they will be open to other areas (possibly Conveyancing or Civil Litigation).
The company has very accommodating work hours – 9-4pm Monday to Thursday and 9-3.30pm on Friday – and a huge focus on providing development for their employees!
Fee Earner Responsibilities:
- Handling own caseload – of around 20
- Frequent communication with clients – email, telephone, and in-person
- Supporting with other cases when needed
- Processing and writing up legal documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in handling own caseload – ideally within Private Client
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Passionate attitude towards working
- Comfortable working both alone and closely with a team
