Are you a recent Finance Graduate or have experience as a Finance Administrator?

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Undertake activities and tasks assigned within Operations Department and liaising with other operational functions
  • Project implementation – assisting the line manager, including identification of process changes, completing required analysis and testing
  • Process all client payments and receipts using various methods, processing client fees and processing Loans and Term Deposits
  • Review and resolve cash and security reconciliation breaks
  • Ensure procedures and documentation produced for own areas of responsibility are complete, current and written in accordance to high standards

The ideal candidate would:

  • Demonstrate ability to apply theoretical knowledge in work context and identify process improvements, and make change suggestions to the Line Manager
  • Be reliable, accurate and ability to prioritise responsibilities within deadlines, with good organisation and time management skills
  • Have demonstrated ability to assess key risks/provide coherent reports
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with initiative and the ability to work well within a team
  • Be knowledgeable on systems, particularly Microsoft Excel
