While the role does have a base in Cork, there are seven sites that will need to be visited situated across the ROI!
FM Account Manager Responsibility:
- Handling the Social Housing maintenance across seven sites
- Managing various sub contractors
- Reporting on all issues accurately and in a timely manner
- Multi-party stakeholder management
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ideally worked within a similar role prior
- Experience handling stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of government regulated accounts
- Excellent comprehension of facilities management
