Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a well-established Investment Banking Company in its search for a Head of UK Facilities!
They are happy to look at someone based in London or based in Birmingham, with occasional travel to London, as they have offices in both locations!
Head of UK Facilities Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all of the company’s premises including safety and refurbishment
- Managing all external suppliers and negotiating contracts with them
- Constructing and allocating spend for facilities budget
- Support across all concierge and office events staff
Ideal candidate profile:
- Demonstrable experience working in a facilities role at a national level
- Ideally IOSH/NEBOSH trained
- Some exposure to the financial industry would be fantastic
- Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
