Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a global fashion retailer with a European headquarters in Erdington. They are recruiting for a 3 month contract to support their HR team as an HR Administrator. This role requires an immediate start and requires knowledge of the HR system Workday.
The HR Administrator Role:
- Drafting and sending out contracts
- Process new starters, leavers and maternity changes
- Supporting the wider HR team
- Updating HR systems
- Support with meetings
The Ideal HR Administrator will have:
- Experience with Workday (100% Essential)
- Access to their own vehicle (parking on site available) as their Erdington office is tricky to get to without
- Knowledge of contracts, and compliance with new starters
- Knowledge of HR within a retail setting desirable
