As an HR administrator you will assist with the administration support to a fantastic team based in Birmingham City Centre!

The Role

  • Assist with the maintaining of HR database
  • Administration support
  • Ensure all processes such as starter/leaver processes or contractual changes are done in a precise timely manner
  • Answering first line HR queries

Idea candidate

The successful candidate will have knowledge of IT including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be a confident communicator at all levels, produce accurate work and have an ability to check and deliver work on time, every time. A keen eye for detail is essential together with the need to be highly confidential. Punctuality and flexibility are key to the position. You will be pro-active and able to use your own initiative. Being very well organised, you will consistently meet deadlines and have an ability to plan ahead.
