Bell Cornwall Recruitment are offering an amazing opportunity to be a HR Advisor for one of the leading mortgage lenders in the UK.

Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, fostering a positive work environment and wants to promote fairness and equality.

Core Duties include:

• Support line managers in delivering effective and robust appraisal.
• Manage and deliver ad-hoc HR projects.
• Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide a proactive and professional HR advisory service to line managers.
• Ensure that all employee relations situations are managed in line with employment legislation.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years previous experience in an HR advisory role or a similar role within financial services
• CIPD qualified
• Confident with using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
