If you’re an experienced HR Advisor, with at least 12 months experience in a professional setting, Bell Cornwall Recruitment could have the ideal next role for you!

This HR Advisor role is based within a well-established and family feel Surveyors who specialise in Sustainable Consultancy.

The role:

This role is very much a generalist HR position.

• Providing HR support and training to employees and management
• Handling Employee Relations cases such as disciplinaries and grievances
• Managing new starters and probationary matters
• Supporting and pushing the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion function
• Managing team of 5 accounts assistant

Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 12 months in a Generalist HR Advisor position
• CIPD Level 3 qualified
• To be successful in this role, you must be able to adapt yo different work environments and working styles due to the nature of the business
• Proactive and empathetic approach to work – being approachable is a must!
