Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working with a long-standing client to recruit for a HR Manager of a law firm based in Solihull. This position is full-time in the office, and to be successful you should have strong experience within a similar position.

The role:

• Performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition
• Creating a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion and collaboration among employees
• Guiding and advising management on employee relations and performance management
• Improving on existing human resources policies and procedures
• Handling complaints and disciplinaries

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong experience within a HR Manager position or similar
• Strong demonstrable leadership skills
• Approachable and empathetic
• Ability to work well within a team and advise team members where needed
