Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR manager to join a education organisation based to Birmingham City Centre. This would suit an individual who is looking for a busy and fulfilling Human Resources role.
Responsibilities…
- Responsible for the over all HR functions of the central region
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Keeping an accurate record of information
- Follow all HR procedures for Teachers and Students
- Offer HR advise and support to Schools
- General HR Administration
Ideal Candidate…
- Strong background in HR / Human Resources
- Confident with the recruitment process from start to finish
- Good working knowledge on HR policies and procedures
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Ideally a background in the educational sector but not essential
