A specialist private immigration law firm based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Immigration Caseworker to join its growing team. The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters.
Immigration Caseworker Responsibilities:
- Manage your own end-to-end private immigration caseload
- Prepare and submit a range of UK immigration applications
- Handle matters including spouse/partner visas, visit visas, student and work routes, settlement and nationality
- Prepare supporting statements, representations and application forms
- Liaise directly with clients and the Home Office
- Monitor applications and deal with requests for further information
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Solid experience managing private immigration cases from start to finish
- Good knowledge of UK immigration law and Home Office procedures
- Ideally, experience with PBS/dependant applications
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A professional, confident and client-focused approach
