Legal Billing Assistant
12 month fixed term contract – possibility of extension
Birmingham City Centre / Remote
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Billing Assistant for a law firm based in central Birmingham in order to provide full billing assistance within the finance department. This role can also be working on a remote basis.
- Processing and administering billing data
- Communicating between the finance department and the wider fee-earning team
- Providing full billing support to the team and dealing with queries
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties in the finance team
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience within a professional service environment
- Knowledge of VAT and billing
- Excellent IT skills
- Good ability to communicate with colleagues / clients at all levels
