We are proudly seeking a Marketing Executive with 5-8 years of experience, to be the driving force behind captivating campaigns and the architect of brand brilliance. In this dynamic role, you will harness the power of strategic thinking and innovative ideas to catapult our brand into the spotlight. From brainstorming electrifying concepts to executing compelling digital strategies, you are invited to immerse yourself in a whirlwind of creativity and analytics.

This is a standalone marketing role based in Dudley, working for Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client. Here you will play a crucial role in helping shape our client’s marketing strategy. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s company’s marketing strategy. Your contributions will be central to our site activities, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the black country atmosphere and collaborate closely with our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms.
– Lead the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
– Create a social media calendar alongside the Business Development Manager.
– Showcase your graphic design prowess, bringing stunning visuals to life that will make our client’s brand shine.
– Take charge of our LinkedIn platform, interacting with users and responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
– Make waves with Google Ads, ensuring our website remains relevant and engaging.
– Keep the website fresh with new content, blogs, and customer stories.
– Support the development of robust PR campaigns for our client’s events and initiatives.
– Team up with our Business Development Manager to plan and execute dazzling exhibitions.
– Take ownership of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring it delivers results.
– This is a hands-on role, where you’ll become a brand advocate, diving into every aspect of our client’s company and services.
– Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is effectively managed, grown, and delivered to meet objectives.

Crucial requirements:
– Minimum of three year’s experience in marketing.
– Proven expertise in using social media platforms and crafting engaging content, particularly on LinkedIn.
– Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
– A natural multitasker with a self-motivated “can-do” attitude.
– Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
– Familiar with generating reports/analytics.
– Content & Copy-writing skills.
– Able to create insight-driven content to engage target audiences.
– Excellent IT & social media Skills to assist in the creation and management of company mailshot activity.
– Possess an agile approach in responding to changing business needs and priorities.
– Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
– Familiarity with generating reports and analysing data.
– Proficient in IT and social media skills to support company mailshot activities.
– A full driving license is required.
