Are you an experienced Marketer looking to develop your career and step-up into a Marketing Manager position?

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join a Franchise Car Company, someone who is a forward-thinker and with an interest in Cars.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Daily running of the National Marketing Activities and Franchise – sales and marketing support
• Managing National and Local Google Advertising Campaigns – search, display and video campaigns
• Providing Sales and Marketing training for new/existing franchisees and staff and further developing the Marketing team
• Developing Graphic Design / Branding – overseeing the National and Local reach of the Brand on Social Media Channels
• Creating reporting strategies, carrying out Performance Reviews and developing the Marketing team

The Ideal Marketing Manager would:

• Have experience using Adobe Photoshop, MS Office and Google AdWords (essential)
• Be confident training team members/stakeholders – both in-person and online – as well as carrying out Marketing reviews
• Have familiarity with Marketing on Social Media channels and comfortable working with data and statistics (essential)
• Be creative, a team player and able to spot existing marketing and sales pipelines to improve network revenue (desirable)
• Have experience using CRM systems, popular web platforms and in staff management (desirable)
