Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for a Office Coordinator to join a well-established firm based in Shirley, Solihull. This role is a mix of administration and reception duties and therefore we are looking for an individual who can adapt to a wide range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities…
- Support multiple departments with administration, marketing and compliance
- Photocopying, scanning and print documents
- Create and maintain a filling system
- Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival
- Answering a redirecting telephone calls
- Ordering stationary supplies
Ideally Candidate…
- Ideally previous experience within a similar role
- Professional and well presented
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to prioritise own workload
