Are you a passionate and experienced Office Manager looking for your next challenge within an exciting and developing Property Management Company?

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Organise the diary and booking for the office meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greeting clients/customers/service users, ensuring they receive high-class customer service
  • Assisting with the organisation and delivery of events, such as conferences, training days and team socials
  • Managing office equipment, ordering stock/stationary and being point of contact for facilities
  • PA to Board of Directors: assisting with audits/projects, creating presentations and adhoc administration tasks
  • Managing Office Assistant, delegating tasks, offering training and support, and developing skills

The ideal Office Manager would:

  • Be happy with an ever-changing environment, adaptable and organised
  • Have excellent communication skills with clients, customers and stakeholders, both written and verbally
  • Be driven and motivated by high volume workload, always wanting to help others and complete tasks perfectly
  • Have a team-player mentality, wanting to do the best for the wider team and company
  • Be happy with 100% based with 8:30am – 5:30pm / 9am – 6pm shift patterns, and occasionally stay after hours for events
