Office Support Administrator
Type: 12 Month FTC
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Office Support Administrator to join a professional services firm based on the Hagley Road, Birmingham. This role is a fixed term contract, therefore we are ideally looking for candidates who are available immediately / have a short notice period.
- Cover the reception area
- Meet and greet visitors and colleagues
- Organising post and track mail
- Scanning letters and deal with inbound emails
- Answer telephones and transfer accordingly
- Filling, faxing, scanning and photocopying
- Must have Reception / Front of House experience
- Confident using Microsoft office
- Positive and can do attitude
- Excellent telephone manner
- Happy to travel to the office 5 days a week
