Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Office Support Administrator to join a professional services firm based on the Hagley Road, Birmingham. This role is a fixed term contract, therefore we are ideally looking for candidates who are available immediately / have a short notice period.


  • Cover the reception area
  • Meet and greet visitors and colleagues
  • Organising post and track mail
  • Scanning letters and deal with inbound emails
  • Answer telephones and transfer accordingly
  • Filling, faxing, scanning and photocopying

Ideal Candidate

  • Must have Reception / Front of House experience
  • Confident using Microsoft office
  • Positive and can do attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Happy to travel to the office 5 days a week
