Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a proactive, passionate and analytically-minded Operations Team Leader to join the one of the UK’s leading Fleet Management Company.

Working within a Logistics, Compliance and Operations Team Leader position – you must be passionate about implementing change and driving the efficiency and success of your team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Analysing team workflow, develop and track key performance metrics within the department and develop communication within the team
• Leading a team of 3-5 direct reports, creating an environment where the team is inspired and motivated
• Engage with external stakeholders with escalations, customer claims management and driver misconduct
• Development of the internal and external processes, with drivers, suppliers, internal departments and stakeholders

The Ideal Operations Team Leader would:

• Have in-depth analysis skills and be process driven within team systems
• Be an excellent communicator, able to liaise with the team and analysis best ways of working
• Have a passion for processes and demonstrate ability to increase productivity in teams
• Be intermediate to advanced with Excel – proven experience with Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and Formular analysis
• Ideally have experience in a similar role and industry – such as Automotive, Logistics and Supply Chain
