Part Time Finance Administrator (September Start)

2 Days per week

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is recruiting for a Part Time Finance Administrator, 2 days per week (Ideally Tuesday and Thursday but could be flexible) for a September start. This role is working for a children’s charity, supporting the finance manager directly. This role is initially a 3-6 month contract, with a view to being extended dependent on the needs of the charity.

The Part Time Finance Administrator Role:

  • Handling day to day bookkeeping for the charity
  • Monitoring direct debits
  • Processing donations
  • Supporting finance manager with ad-hoc tasks

The ideal Part Time Finance Administrator will have:

  • Experience and familiarity with SAGE (Essential)
  • Experience and familiarity with Raiser’s Edge (highly desirable)
  • A genuine reason and desire to work part time hours
  • Ability to work in Birmingham city centre office
