Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an experienced and passionate Part Time HR Advisor to join a dynamic team within a Medical Cooperative.

The role has a key focus on recruitment for multiple campaigns, as well as handling HR casework and supporting the wider HR function.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Recruitment – advertising, screening, interviewing and on-boarding
• Handling HR cases such as Maternity leave, contract changes and absence
• Support the HR Manager on multiple campaigns
• Developing a relationship with hiring managers to ensure the best support can be provided

The ideal HR Advisor:

• Be happy with 30 hours per week
• Have 12 months experience in both Recruitment and HR casework
• Be a confident communicator and understanding of different peoples needs
• Have a can-do attitude and happy with 100% in the office
• Be proactive, able to handle multiple projects at once and MS Office proficient
