Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
Salary: £20,000 to £24,000
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Personal Injury Paralegal. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a thriving Law Firm. To be considered you must have some academic knowledge in Law or previous experience as a personal injury paralegal would be desirable.
Candidates Criteria and Requirements:
- Supporting the team with witness statements, costings, and general work
- Conducting matters on behalf of clients as instructed by the fee earners accurately, reliably and in accordance with the Firm’s quality and risk management procedures (including complying with the Firm’s Lexcel accreditation)
- Keep technically up to date by appropriate training and research, and actively share know how and contribute to development of departmental precedents and policies
- Have IT skills appropriate to modern legal practice, including working with a case management system
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with clients and others
- Comply with office requirements for training and attend relevant courses
- Previous experience in a legal position ideally in Personal Injury
