The role:
- A fee earning position in the Property Team
- Managing a case load of home ownership files – freehold and leasehold
- Land Sales, Shared Ownership, Remortgages, Equity Transfers
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience working in Paralegal position dealing with Property transactions
- Able to work independently and off own initiative
- Can hit the ground running and pick up work quickly
- Excellent client care and communication skills
