Receipts Invoices Administrator

12 Month FTC

Do you have some accounts experience and have a keen interest in finance? Our client who are based close to the city centre, are looking for a Receipts Invoices Administrator. Ideally this candidate will have some invoicing experience and have excellent attention to detail.

The Role:

  • Posting of sales ledger receipts on a daily basis
  • Posting agent debt notes
  • fee sheets and other invoices to the purchase ledger ensuring the correct coding is applied
  • attaching documentation to transactions in Resource Manager prior to authorisation and assisting with checking postings made by other members of the Accounts team
  • monitoring of the purchase inbox
  • posting items to the cost ledger and supporting the rest of the Accounts team in checking sales invoice requests for errors

The Candidate:

  • Have good Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 would be advantageous
  • Some knowledge of VAT regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail
