Recruitment Administrator

3-6 Month FTC- Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid Working available)

£25,000-30,000 per Annum


Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a national law firm, and we are looking for an experienced administrator to join their People and Development team on a fixed term contract basis as a recruitment administrator. Are you an experienced administrator with experience or a keen interest in recruitment resourcing, available to start immediately?

The Role:

  • Cleansing the database of the recruitment portal in line with GDPR regulations
  • Helping create job adverts and other engaging content on social media
  • Assist with managing invoice processing for the team
  • Replying to enquiries and requests from a wide range of individuals including applicants, agencies and employees

The Ideal Recruitment Administrator Candidate:

  • Administrative experience working with databases and spreadsheets essential
  • Fantastic organisational skills, ability to work at pace with a high attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as a good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
