Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an experienced, personable and proactive Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a National Law Firm based in the Birmingham City Centre.

The In-house Recruitment Team are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has experience recruiting for a variety of roles in a number of specialisms – from Receptionist to Solicitor to Marketing Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume of roles within the fast-paced Talent Acquisition team to deliver the recruitment needs for the business
• Proactively source candidates at all levels, utilising job boards and social media platforms, including headhunting for senior positions
• Liaising with hiring managers to agree best recruitment process to meet requirements of the role and team, including job description reviews
• Managing relationships with suppliers and agencies to ensure brand is being represented accurately to candidates
• Supporting with wider Recruitment and HR projects and driving EDI

The ideal Recruitment Consultant would:

• Be experienced working in Recruitment either in-house or agency, within a fast-paced/high volume role
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and with stakeholders of all levels – both internal and external
• Be able to utilise social media and job boards to ensure best talent sourcing and knowledgeable on how to drive interest in roles advertised
• Have the ability to maintain and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, agencies and the Talent Acquisition Team
