Main duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager position:

  • Overall management of all UK business support recruitment
  • Ensuring excellent service is delivered at all times to internal clients, candidates, and stakeholders
  • Providing professional support and advice to all hiring managers on recruitment best practice and selection
  • Support drafting role profiles, job advertisements, how and where jobs will be advertised, design application forms, and preparation of other recruitment material
  • External salary benchmarking and competitor analysis.
  • Management of Business Services, building third party supplier relationships with agencies, head hunters and other organisations.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential, gained either in-house or within an agency environment. Candidate will need some experience recruiting across business services functions (e.g. HR, Business Development, IT, Finance or Risk & Compliance)
  • Extensive candidate sourcing and interview experience.
  • Effectively written and verbal communication skills and an ability collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Time management skills, detail focus and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and interest in using social media platforms to source talent.
  • An existing network in the legal or professional services sector would be advantageous.
