Recruitment manager responsibilities:

  • Oversees management of all UK business support recruitment
  • Providing fantastic service is delivered at all times to internal clients, candidates, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring professional support and advice to all hiring managers on recruitment best practice and selection
  • Support drafting role profiles, job advertisements, how and where jobs will be advertised, design application forms, and preparation of other recruitment material
  • Management of Business Services, building third party supplier relationships with agencies, head hunters and other organisations.

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential, gained either in-house or within an agency environment. Candidate will need some experience recruiting across business services functions (e.g. HR, Business Development, IT, Finance or Risk & Compliance)
  • Network in the legal or professional service sector would be advantageous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Time management skills,
  • Ability to focus the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fantastic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and interest in using social media platforms to source talent.
